The services offered by Digital Memories are provided without warranties of any kind. Although we will do our best to provide a quality product in a timely fashion, Digital Memories disclaims all warranties expressed or implied including but not limited to implied warranties regarding the adequacy, reliability or timeliness of the materials provided.

Limit of Liability

Digital Memories is not responsible for late, lost, damaged or misdirected mail.
Digital Memories does not warrant that it's services will fit all users' specific purposes, and is not liable for any damages or losses of any kind to the original video tape provided by customer. Liability of Digital Memories is limited to replacement of such tape with blank video tape of the same kind only.

By placing an order, the Customer declares and warrants that all materials provided for conversion and/or duplication are not in violation of any copyright laws.

The Customer will indemnify and hold Digital Memories harmless in respect to any claims or demands by any third party that infringes upon any Copyright law. The materials submitted to Digital Memories were either created by the Customer or the Customer has the right to permit Digital Memories to perform duplication services, or the Customer has the permission of the copyright owner to duplicate video materials and written release form is provided.
